We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Officer to help us build up our business activities.
Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our products by visiting them, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Create daily activities sheets and tracks/followup on actions
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Follow up and coordinate to make sure timely payment collection
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role ( min 1-2 years)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of marketing (Steel Pipes/ Tubes/Sheets) and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any discipline

Process technicians identify machine faults and production rate errors and maintain the production logbooks. They report faults and breakdowns to supervisors and production engineers and are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe production area. They look for areas of production that could be improved or increased, and they ensure team members will adhere to safety measures and protocols. Process technicians need a minimum high school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory and distribution of equipment, raw materials, supplies and products.
  • Responsible for controlling the inventory, reordering supplies, and checking expiration dates.
  • Inspect, disassemble, sort, clean, and process reusable instrumentation and equipment.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, make process adjustments.
  • Maintain current training status on all applicable standard operating procedures.
  • Create processes and tools for data collection and consumption.
  • Responsible for cleanliness of the department and all processing equipment.
  • Unload supplies, ensuring items are not compromised and stored in the correct location according to tracking system storage locations.
  • Support implementation of new technology for process execution and/or analysis.
  • Act as incident manager and change manager. Drive root cause analysis and to avoid further recurrence of incidents

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a process management/service management (min 3-4 years)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Thorough understanding of service management, stock management, supply management, resource management
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any discipline
